New Delhi, September 17, 2009: Emaar MGF Land Ltd. launches its first residential project, Jaipur Greens, with an estimated investment of Rs 600 crores. With this project, Emaar MGF reinforces its commitment to a growing Jaipur that houses the company’s prominent Fortune Select Metropolitan Hotel and the MGF group’s Metropolitan Mall.

Spread over 155 acres, Jaipur Greens is an exclusive gated community comprising plots, villa floors, leisure and retail areas as well as spaces for education and commercial centres. To begin with Jaipur Greens is being launched with a choice of low-rise independent floors on two plot sizes, 223 sq. m. and 293 sq. m. coupled with three and four-bedroom homes over four floors.
