Emaar MGF appoints Parminder Singh Sehgal as CEO (North)

Chandigarh, June XX, 2006: Emaar MGF Land Pvt. Ltd., a JV formed between MGF – India 's leading real estate developer and Dubai based Emaar Properties – world's leading real estate Company, announces the appointment of Mr. Parminder Singh Sehgal as Chief Executive Officer (North).

In his new role as the CEO (North), Parminder will be leading the Emaar MGF projects in Punjab . The first of these projects would be the Integrated township in Mohali spreading over 2000 acres. He joins Emaar MGF from Quark City India Pvt. Ltd., where he served as Managing Director for 7 years.

With over 18 years of experience in managing high value business organizations involving conceptualization, setting up and management of projects in IT, construction and infrastructure development, Mr Singh has a proven track record of streamlining workflows, forging global alliances, leading cross cultural teams and increasing revenues. Mr Singh has been actively involved in the development of Quark City IT Township right from its conceptualization.
